DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, and internationally.

- Door-to-door delivery: R115, usually 1 to 3 days.

- Locker delivery: R80, usually 1 to 3 business days.

- Free delivery in South Africa on orders of R1,000 or more.

- International delivery: R250. Delivery times vary by country.

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

RETURNS

Changed your mind? You can return a perfume within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and the seal is intact. Email us first with your order number, and we will tell you where to send it. Return delivery costs are for your account.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

 

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong perfume, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a perfume is faulty, contact us within 6 months of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.
